UNPACKING
Unpack, unwrap and enjoy your new plant.
Please follow the unpacking instructions below to ensure they complete their journey safe and sound.
1. Open the box carefully
Most of our boxes have an opening on the long edge. These boxes can be placed upright so that the Live Plants are correctly oriented. Now cut the packing tape, on the outside very carefully making sure not to let the scissors or knife go too far into the box.
2. Remove Cable Tie
Cut them from the outside of the box, and carefully remove them from the kokedama, keep in mind that if you do it from the inside of the box you can cut the fabric of your kokedama.
3. Gently lift the plants
Gently lift your plants out of the box and place them in that space you want to beautify. It is possible that your plant needs water, remember it was shipped from South Florida and depending on how far away you are, it has been a few days since the plant received a drink, this is verified by the weight, if it is light it is that it needs water, inside the box there is an informative brochure on its care and an approximate date of when it should be submerged in water.
Only in the case of jades, ponytails, cacti, succulents among others that receive water once a month, they must be submerged in water on the date indicated in the information brochure.
4.Enjoy!
Now sit back and enjoy beautiful kokedama in your home. At this point, we recommend waiting a few weeks for your plant to get used to its new surroundings. If in doubt, see our Care page for more information.
