Shipping
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not offer any shipping outside of the US.
Plants are sentient creatures, and just like bringing a new pet home, you really have to invest a little labor of love into plant care to see these living things thrive. If your plant arrived safely, you follow our care instructions, if for any reason, despite your best efforts, the plant gives up within the first 15 days, we will replace it.
Our packaging
We understand the concerns of ordering plants by mail. What if the packaging is bad? Will the plant die from lack of water?
We considered all of these questions (and more) and after much testing, solidified a method that ensures your plant arrives happy and healthy.
Plants are placed in a securely sealed box and come with plant care cards.
Shipping Locations and Carriers
We are located in South Florida and currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. As for the carriers, we use UPS or USPS.
Shipping Cost
We want to keep your shipping rate as low as possible, so we calculate the best price based on your location.
Delivery time
Once your order is placed, we usually process, package and mail it within 3-7 business days. Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your kokedama as it travels across the country. If the distances are long, we usually ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Problems on arrival?
If there is a problem with a plant on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and email details along with your order number to kokecutessea@hotmail.com
